Hill knurling : Flat design can undoubtedly avoid tearing the palm, scratching the calf, at the same time the palm touch is relatively mild,suitable for small light training.
Mountain knurling : These small, sharp bumps allow the trainer to grip the barbell into the skin of the palm, making the barbell more integrated into the palm and less prone to slipping or displacing.when the high grip strength is required, these sharp bumps will easily hurt the skin of the hand of the trainer with the rolling of the barbell bar. Bearings.
Needle bearings are equipped with long needle rollers, compact structure, high load bearing capacity.
The inside of the ball bearing is spherical ball, the contact area is small between inside spherical ball and rollaway nest, the load bearing capacity is lower than the needle bearings.

①&② "Special stainless steel" & "Special alloy steel": we have collaborated with the China Iron and Steel Research Institute to customize specifically for barbell bar products. We have adjusted and optimized the elements and composition ratio of this materia,The mechanical properties are better than those of the above materials.


   Surface Treatment.  
The contents of certain elements that can be migrated on the metal deposits of the products are lower than the max value, and the content of Phthalate included in the products are lower than the max, will be no damage to human skin.
